개인정보처리방침

Dcompany(이하 "회사")는 AllMemo(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

본 앱은 별도의 회원가입 절차가 없으며, 서버에 개인정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

• 메모 데이터: 사용자의 기기에만 로컬로 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 메모 본문과 개인정보 항목은 메모마다 다른 키로 암호화되어 저장됩니다.
• 광고 식별자: Google AdMob 광고 서비스를 위해 사용되며, Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
  • Android: 광고 ID(AD_ID)
  • iOS: 광고 식별자(IDFA) — 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 요청에서 이용자가 '허용'한 경우에만 사용됩니다. 허용하지 않으면 IDFA는 수집되지 않으며, 추적하지 않는 광고가 표시됩니다. 이 설정은 iOS [설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적]에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
• 기기 내 암호화 키: 메모를 기기 안에서 암호화하는 데에만 사용되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
  • Android: 기기 식별자(ANDROID_ID)를 이용해 로컬 데이터베이스 암호화 키를 생성하고, 암호화 키는 Android Keystore로 보호됩니다.
  • iOS: 기기 하드웨어 식별자는 사용하지 않습니다. 앱 설치 시 생성한 임의의 값과 암호화 키를 iOS 키체인(Keychain)에 저장하며, 기기 잠금이 해제된 상태에서만 접근할 수 있습니다.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적

• 앱 기능 제공 (메모 저장, 검색, 비공개 메모 잠금)
• 광고 서비스 제공 (Google AdMob)

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, Google AdMob 광고 SDK가 광고 제공·광고 측정·오류 진단을 위해 광고 식별자, 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반), 광고 상호작용 정보, 진단 정보를 수집할 수 있으며, 이는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 앱 자체는 이용자의 데이터를 회사 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기

모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 메모 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 단, iOS에서는 운영체제 특성상 키체인에 저장된 암호화 키가 앱 삭제 후에도 기기에 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 이 키에는 메모 내용이 포함되어 있지 않으며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

iOS에서는 이용자의 기기 백업 설정(iCloud 백업, 컴퓨터로의 암호화된 백업, 기기 간 직접 전송)에 따라 앱 데이터가 백업에 포함되어 새 기기로 복원될 수 있습니다. Android에서는 앱 데이터가 기기 백업에서 제외되며, 다른 기기로 옮기려면 앱의 내보내기 기능을 이용해야 합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

• 앱 내 설정에서 데이터를 이메일로 내보낼 수 있습니다.
• 앱 삭제 시 메모 데이터가 기기에서 제거됩니다.
• iOS 이용자는 기기 설정에서 앱의 추적 허용 여부를 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.

6. 광고 서비스

7. 개인정보의 국외 이전

본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 제공하는 과정에서 아래와 같이 개인정보가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.

• 이전되는 국가: 미국 등 Google이 서버를 운영하는 국가
• 이전 항목: 광고 식별자, 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반), 광고 상호작용 정보, 진단 정보
• 이전 목적: 광고 제공·광고 측정 및 오류 진단
• 보유·이용 기간: Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

이용자는 광고 식별자 사용을 거부할 수 있습니다. iOS는 [설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적], Android는 [설정 > Google > 광고]에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 이 경우에도 추적하지 않는 광고는 계속 표시됩니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치

• 메모 본문과 개인정보 항목은 메모마다 다른 키로 암호화되어 기기에 저장됩니다.
• Android는 암호화 키를 Android Keystore로 보호합니다.
• iOS는 암호화 키를 키체인(Keychain)에 저장하며, 기기 잠금이 해제된 상태에서만 접근할 수 있습니다.
• 앱은 메모를 회사 서버로 전송하지 않으므로, 회사는 이용자의 메모 내용을 보유하지 않습니다.

9. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 별도의 회원가입 절차가 없어 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 본 앱을 이용하는 경우 법정대리인의 지도·감독이 필요합니다.

Privacy Policy

Dcompany ("Company") values the privacy of AllMemo ("App") users and complies with applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

This app does not require registration and does not collect or store personal information on external servers.

• Memo data: Stored locally on the user's device only and is not transmitted to external servers. Memo content and private entries are stored encrypted, with a different key for each memo.
• Advertising identifier: Used for Google AdMob advertising services, processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Android: Advertising ID (AD_ID)
  • iOS: Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) — used only if you tap "Allow" on the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you do not allow tracking, the IDFA is not collected and non-tracking ads are shown. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• On-device encryption key: Used solely to encrypt your memos on the device and is not transmitted externally.
  • Android: The local database encryption key is generated using the device ID (ANDROID_ID) and protected by the Android Keystore.
  • iOS: No hardware device identifier is used. A random value generated at installation and the encryption key are stored in the iOS Keychain, accessible only while the device is unlocked.

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing app features (memo storage, search, private memo lock)
• Providing advertising services (Google AdMob)

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share personal information with third parties. However, the Google AdMob SDK may collect advertising identifiers, approximate location (based on IP address), ad interaction data, and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement, and troubleshooting, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. The app itself does not transmit your data to our servers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored only on the user's device. Uninstalling the app deletes your memo data. On iOS, however, the encryption key stored in the Keychain may remain on the device after the app is deleted, due to how iOS works. This key contains no memo content and is never transmitted externally.

On iOS, depending on your device backup settings (iCloud Backup, encrypted computer backups, or direct device-to-device transfer), app data may be included in backups and restored to a new device. On Android, app data is excluded from device backups; use the app's export feature to move your memos to another device.

5. User Rights

• You can export data via email through the app's settings.
• Uninstalling the app removes your memo data from your device.
• iOS users can change whether the app is allowed to track at any time in the device settings.

6. Advertising

This app provides rewarded ads through Google AdMob on both Android and iOS. For Google's advertising privacy policy, please refer to:

7. International Data Transfers

When serving Google AdMob ads, your information may be transferred outside your country as follows.

• Recipient: Google LLC
• Destination: The United States and other countries where Google operates servers
• Data transferred: Advertising identifier, approximate location (IP-based), ad interaction data, diagnostic data
• Purpose: Ad delivery, ad measurement, and error diagnostics
• Retention period: As set out in Google's Privacy Policy

You may opt out of advertising identifier use. On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads to reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization. Non-personalized ads will still be shown.

8. Security Measures

• Memo content and private entries are encrypted on the device, with a different key for each memo.
• On Android, the encryption key is protected by the Android Keystore.
• On iOS, the encryption key is stored in the Keychain and is accessible only while the device is unlocked.
• The app does not send memos to our servers, so we do not hold the content of your memos.

9. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed primarily at children. It has no sign-up process and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required by local law, a child's use of this app should be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Dcompany（以下「当社」）は、AllMemo（以下「アプリ」）利用者の個人情報を重視し、関連法令を遵守します。

1. 収集する個人情報

本アプリは会員登録が不要であり、外部サーバーに個人情報を収集・保存しません。

• メモデータ: ユーザーのデバイスにのみローカル保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。メモ本文とプライベート項目は、メモごとに異なるキーで暗号化して保存されます。
• 広告識別子: Google AdMob広告サービスのために使用され、Googleのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
  • Android: 広告ID（AD_ID）
  • iOS: 広告識別子（IDFA）— App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の確認で「許可」した場合にのみ使用されます。許可しない場合、IDFAは収集されず、トラッキングを行わない広告が表示されます。この設定はiOSの［設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング］でいつでも変更できます。
• 端末内の暗号化キー: 端末内でメモを暗号化するためにのみ使用され、外部には送信されません。
  • Android: デバイス識別子（ANDROID_ID）を用いてローカルデータベースの暗号化キーを生成し、暗号化キーはAndroid Keystoreで保護されます。
  • iOS: 端末のハードウェア識別子は使用しません。インストール時に生成したランダムな値と暗号化キーをiOSのキーチェーン（Keychain）に保存し、端末のロック解除中のみアクセスできます。

2. 利用目的

• アプリ機能の提供（メモ保存、検索、プライベートメモのロック）
• 広告サービスの提供（Google AdMob）

3. 第三者への提供

当社は個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、Google AdMob SDKが広告配信・広告効果測定・不具合診断のために、広告識別子、おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスに基づく）、広告の操作情報、診断情報を収集する場合があり、これはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。アプリ自体がユーザーのデータを当社のサーバーに送信することはありません。

4. データの保管と削除

すべてのデータはユーザーのデバイスにのみ保存されます。アプリを削除すると、メモデータが削除されます。ただしiOSでは、OSの仕様上、キーチェーンに保存された暗号化キーがアプリ削除後も端末に残る場合があります。このキーにメモの内容は含まれず、外部に送信されることもありません。

iOSでは、端末のバックアップ設定（iCloudバックアップ、コンピュータへの暗号化バックアップ、端末間の直接転送）によって、アプリのデータがバックアップに含まれ、新しい端末に復元される場合があります。Androidでは、アプリのデータは端末のバックアップから除外されます。別の端末に移す場合は、アプリのエクスポート機能をご利用ください。

5. ユーザーの権利

• アプリの設定からメールでデータをエクスポートできます。
• アプリを削除すると、デバイスからメモデータが削除されます。
• iOSをご利用の方は、端末の設定からアプリのトラッキング許可をいつでも変更できます。

6. 広告サービス

本アプリはAndroidとiOSの両方でGoogle AdMobを通じてリワード広告を提供しています。Googleの広告関連プライバシーポリシーは以下をご参照ください。

7. 個人情報の国外移転

本アプリは Google AdMob 広告の配信にあたり、以下のとおり個人情報が国外に移転される場合があります。

• 移転先の国: 米国ほか Google がサーバーを運用する国
• 移転される項目: 広告識別子、おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスに基づく）、広告の操作情報、診断情報
• 移転の目的: 広告の配信・効果測定およびエラー診断
• 保有・利用期間: Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

広告識別子の利用は拒否できます。iOS は[設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング]、Android は[設定 > Google > 広告]から広告 ID をリセットしたり、広告のパーソナライズをオフにできます。その場合もトラッキングを行わない広告は表示されます。

8. 安全管理措置

• メモ本文と個人情報項目は、メモごとに異なる鍵で暗号化して端末に保存されます。
• Android では暗号化鍵を Android Keystore で保護します。
• iOS では暗号化鍵をキーチェーン（Keychain）に保存し、端末のロックが解除されている間のみアクセスできます。
• アプリはメモを当社サーバーへ送信しないため、当社が利用者のメモ内容を保有することはありません。

9. お子さまの個人情報

本アプリは主にお子さまを対象としたものではなく、会員登録の手続きがないため、お子さまの個人情報を収集することはありません。お子さまがご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の指導・監督をお願いいたします。
